<p>The Aeotec Z-Wave Door/Window Sensor 7 Pro is a battery-powered open/close contact sensor that monitors the open/close objects including doors, windows, drawers, and gates. This sensor connects to up to 7 Z-Wave devices to inform them of status changes and trigger automation or security events. It also supports connecting external binary sensors with a dry contact through the dry binary contact of the Door/ Window sensor. Using the latest technology it supports the highest Z-Wave security level of S2 and SmartStart.</p><p>Mounts onto open/close objects and frames to monitor traffic and activity in your home. When the window's status changes the sensor alerts connected receivers to trigger home security or home automation scenes. Program the sensor to activate lighting control, access control, or security measures upon status changes.</p>
