This is beautiful and very collectible porcelain plate or bowl Maybe? from Sarreguemines, France, in the Obernai pattern. The design was created by Alsatian artist Henri Loux in 1904 for Sarreguemines. The designs depict how life was in French villages in the late 19th century.
The plates have a scalloped edge and a very pretty floral design around the edge.
